All services are performed according to industry standards and manufacturer recommendations.

2. Quotes

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
  • Additional work requested after acceptance may incur extra charges.

3. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once both parties agree on the installation date.

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property before installation begins.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Cash

Late payments may incur reasonable recovery costs where permitted by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide clear access to installation areas.
  • Remove fragile or valuable items near work areas.
  • Ensure children and pets remain away from the work zone.

UP Tint Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

6. Installation

Minor variations in appearance during the curing period are normal, including:

  • Water bubbles
  • Slight haze
  • Minor optical distortion

These generally disappear as the film fully cures.

7. Warranty

Our workmanship is backed by our installation warranty.

Film products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects, subject to manufacturer terms.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Deliberate damage
  • Misuse
  • Glass breakage
  • Improper cleaning
  • Alterations made by third parties
  • Damage caused by building movement or structural issues

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to:

  • Repairing defective workmanship
  • Replacing defective film
  • Re-performing the affected service

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
